About The Position


We are seeking an experienced SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA Support and Maintenance Specialist with 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of our SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA systems, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.

Technical and Professional Requirements


1. System Maintenance and Support:

  • Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues.
  • Perform regular system health checks and implement necessary fixes.

2. Data Modeling and Management:

  • Develop and maintain data models in SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

3. Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies.
  • Fine-tune queries, reports, and data models for improved performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve performance bottlenecks.

4. Documentation and Training:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.
  • Develop and update training materials as needed.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA support and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BW on HANA architecture and data modeling.
  • Proficient in ETL processes and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.

Working Conditions


  • May require occasional on-call support and after-hours work.
