Cybage ranks high at no. 8 in the DQ-CRM Best Employers Survey 2012
Cybage, an emerging global leader in the software product engineering and IT services space, has achieved the coveted 8th position in the DQ-CMR Best Employer Survey 2012 (BES) in the category of top IT employers (employing) above 2000. In the specific parameters ranking, as part of the Best Employers Survey, Cybage ranked high in Employee, HR, overall company image, and preferred employer. Flexibility of office hours, transparent policies, proper communication channel, employee welfare, positive work environment, job stability, and focused leadership and management were some of the parameters that employees ranked Cybage as an ideal company to work with.
The DQ-CMR Best Employer Survey 2012 classifies employers in two categories based on employee strength – Top IT Employers (employing) below 2000 and Top IT Employers (employing) above 2000. For this survey, scores for the HR and Employee Satisfaction surveys were calculated separately. The HR score was calculated based on various parameters, such as Total Employee Size, Average Tenure (years), Total Average Training, Retention Rate, and Average Salary Hike (%). While on the other hand, the Employee survey score was calculated based on some of the following parameters: Overall Satisfaction, Composite Satisfaction (Company Image), Company Culture, Job Content/Growth, Training, Salary and Compensation, Appraisal System, People, and Preferred Company.
