About The Position
You will partner with customers and other AWS teams to design and build some of the most scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions that address customer GenAI use cases on AWS. In this role, you will help shape and develop novel solutions to solve business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Generative AI professional to join the Cybage Generative AI Competency Center. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Helping Cybage clients scope Generative AI use cases for their business – consulting on feasibility of technology and prioritization of use cases.
- Designing primarily cloud native Generative AI solution architectures for client use cases across content creation, support, reporting, and many more.
- Work with core delivery team for feature roadmap ensuring successful implementations.
- Ability to understand business context, translating them into solution architectures and features for engineering.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience in a client facing technical solutioning / consulting role or 5+ years of experience as a product owners of a large platform.
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications.
- Experience building with Gen AI models with a strong understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation, Agent Design, Monitoring tools, etc.
- Hands on experience designing solutions on either AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Hands on experience with orchestration frameworks like Prompt Flow, Langchain, Semantic Kernel, etc.
- Extremely effective communication abilities to regularly consult with clients on their Gen AI projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS / Higher Education in Engineering / related STEM field.
- Experience deploying models on model hosting platforms and/or working with early adopters of model APIs.
- Knowledge of vertical use cases for large language models in industries like finance, healthcare, retail etc.
- Experience with cloud computing and or related fields.
- Expertise with general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: C/C++, C#, Python.
- Good business, and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key.
- Ability to influence product roadmaps based on customer needs and market traction.
