About The Position
You will define the organization's policies and market approaches. Process design – to standardize the organization's workflows. Systems analysis – the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. SaaS Product Development:
- Experience in at least one project involving the end-to-end development of a SaaS product.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
2. Solution Architecture:
- Ability to derive and design robust solution architectures based on business requirements.
- Familiarity with micro-services architecture.
3. Cloud Ecosystems:
- Good understanding of cloud services from AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud computing principles and best practices.
4. Process Mapping and Mind Mapping:
- Ability to perform detailed process mapping and create mind maps to visualize workflows.
- Proficient in tools like Lucidchart, MindManager, etc.
5.Prototyping:
- Proficient in creating prototypes using Figma, Justinmind, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
- Ability to rapidly develop and iterate prototypes to meet business needs.
6.Communication and Documentation:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
7. Agile Scrum Methodologies:
- Thorough understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Experience working in agile scrum environments, participating in sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience on Jira, Azure DevOps
Good To Have Skills:
1. Certifications:
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.
2. Advanced Prototyping Skills:
- Ability to create highly interactive and detailed prototypes.
