City-based IT companies are looking at robust hiring during the rest of 2013 and expect a growth driven by the fall of rupee against dollar.

According to Deepak Nathani, COO, Cybage Software, hiring at Cybage remains the same as it was in 2012. Cybage has a projection to hire 400 freshers and more than 400 recruitments of experienced hands this year, said Nathani.

“We have more of lateral hirings than freshers and have maintained hiring levels in spite of the slowdown. The fall of rupee is a good news for the IT industry,” said Nathani.
